Since 2008, Mission 21st Century has recognised environmental responsibility as an important part of creating a better society. Our environmental mission seeks to encourage communities to understand the impact of everyday choices and become active participants in protecting the world around them.

We believe that meaningful environmental change begins with awareness but cannot end there. Awareness must translate into responsible action. Our efforts therefore focus on encouraging sustainable practices, environmental consciousness, conservation and community participation.
From promoting cleaner surroundings and responsible waste management to encouraging conservation and sustainable living, we aim to make environmental responsibility something that communities can understand, practise and sustain.
We also believe that environmental education has a particularly important role among young people. When children and communities understand the relationship between their actions and the environment, they become better equipped to make responsible choices for the future.
Our goal is not simply to respond to environmental challenges but to encourage a culture of responsibility—where individuals, communities and organisations recognise that protecting nature is a shared responsibility.
Mission 21st Century in collaboration with Faridabad Rotary Club Of Sapphires organised a Tree Plantation Drive in Faridabad to promote environmental conservation and greener communities. More than 50 volunteers came together to plant 200 saplings across selected areas. The initiative encouraged citizens to protect nature, increase green cover, and take collective responsibility for creating a cleaner, healthier, and sustainable future.

Mission 21st Century’s Green Action Movement in collaboration with Partner Organisations, Bhopal, encourages communities to take practical steps towards a cleaner, greener future. The initiative engaged 25+ volunteers in tree plantation, waste collection, and environmental awareness activities. More than 100 saplings were planted, while participants promoted responsible waste management and sustainable habits across local communities.

Mission 21st Century in collaboration with Rotary Club Of Sapphires, Faridabad, organised a Gaushala Seva Abhiyaan to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and better living conditions for cows. The initiative highlighted compassion towards animals and encouraged responsible community participation in maintaining clean, safe spaces.
